Free for borrowers

Stop chasing lenders.
Let them compete for you.

Post your loan scenario anonymously. Licensed lenders pitch you, you chat with the ones you like, and only the one you pick gets your contact details.

  • No name, phone or email shared up front
  • Up to 5 lender pitches
  • Nothing to pay

How it works

Four simple steps, and you stay in control the whole way.

  1. 01

    Tell us your scenario

Build your profile with as much detail as you can: the loan you want, your income, debts and savings. The more lenders know, the better and more accurate their bids. No name, phone or email.

  2. 02

    Matched lenders pitch you

Licensed lenders that fit your scenario come to you with a short pitch. You see up to 5, each with a profile, qualifications, Bidness rating and years in business. You are never mass messaged, and your information is never sold.

  3. 03

    Chat before you decide

Ask questions in a private chat. Lenders can talk about rates and fees if they choose to. Phone numbers, emails and links stay blocked until you choose, so there is no pressure and no spam.

  4. 04

    Choose one lender

When you pick one, you both share contact details and continue off Bidness.

Why borrowers use Bidness

Stay anonymous

Lenders see your situation, not your name. Your information is never sold or mass messaged to lenders, and your contact details go only to the one lender you choose.

Lenders come to you

You review each lender’s profile, qualifications and ratings, then decide who to talk to. Rates and fees are up to each lender to discuss, and the official Loan Estimate is the number to compare.

Free for borrowers

Lenders pay a flat monthly subscription. You never pay to post, chat or choose.

Quick answers

Do lenders see my name or phone number?

No. Your post is anonymous, your information is never sold, and lenders cannot mass message you. Contact details are shared only after you choose a lender, and chat blocks phone numbers, emails and links before then.

Will lenders talk about rates and fees?

That is up to each lender. Some include an estimated rate or fees in their pitch or attach a fee sheet, and others share numbers once you chat. Either way, ask the lenders you like for an official Loan Estimate and compare those side by side.

Do I have to pick someone?

No. You can chat with the lenders who pitch you, save the ones you like, or skip them all.

What is the difference between a fee sheet and a Loan Estimate?

A fee sheet is an informal estimate a lender can share before you apply, so you can get a feel for their costs. It is not an offer, it is not binding, and the final numbers can be higher. A Loan Estimate is the official three-page form a lender must give you within three business days after you apply. It uses a standard format so you can compare lenders, and many of its fees can only change within set limits. Use fee sheets to narrow your choices, then get a Loan Estimate before you choose a loan.
