How Bidness is paid

Borrowers never pay Bidness. Lenders pay one flat monthly subscription, the same whether they win zero borrowers or many, and it is free during our pilot.

• We are never paid per lead, per pitch, per chosen lender or per closed loan.
• Lenders cannot pay to rank higher, appear first, or see scenarios outside their licensed states.
• Every approved lender licensed in your state sees your scenario on the same terms; you decide who to talk to and whether to choose anyone.
• We do not receive any part of a lender's fees, points or compensation, and we do not sell borrower information.

The monthly price will be set before the pilot ends. Lenders get at least 30 days' notice by email before any billing starts, and can close their account before then at no cost.
